Saturday September 21st, 2024 completed Mexican Tile Renew Project at The Pink Elephant Restaurant Bar in Boca Grande Fl with Mex Tile that was installed in 1947, over 77 years ago, and the Mex Tile has had severe water damage over the years. The white spots you see on the Mexican tile in the before photo above is called Efflorescence which is caused by water getting under the Mex tile via a flood or constant water intrusion.
