THE PROCESS OF
MAKING SALTILLO TILE IS AS handmade and organic as the tile itself.
Saltillo tile, known for its rustic charm and handmade quality, is
produced using a traditional process that begins with digging clay from
local riverbeds.
This clay is then mixed with water, hand-pressed into
wooden molds, and left to dry in the sun. The sun-dried tiles are later
