Mexican Tile Renew GM Jessica Bloomfield Shows Off The Finishing Touches to Our Saltillo Tile Restoration Project in Boca Grande Fl

Mexican Tile Renew GM Jessica Bloomfield Shows Off The Finishing Touches to Our Saltillo Tile Restoration Project in Boca Grande Fl. Mexican Tile Renew uses ACRYLIC SELAERS which offers satin gloss protection and beauty to unglazed Mexican paver tile and other porous terra cotta surfaces with fewer coats. A blend of the latest in acrylic polymer technology has been coupled with an antimar agent, U.V. inhibitors and a grease and oil blocker to become the perfect solution for sealing porous tile.

Mexican Tile can have occasional cracks on the surface and has a somewhat rough texture to the touch. Mexican Tile can have animal prints. Mexican Tile are not the same color. They can vary in shading with-in the same tile. Mexican Tile are prone to alkali in the clay, to minimize problems they must be properly sealed and kept sealed with a water based acrylic sealer, multiple coats are needed.

Mexican Tile Renew GM Jessica Bloomfield Shows Off The Finishing Touches to Our Saltillo Tile Restoration Project in Boca Grande Fl. Saltillo tile may be sealed with multiple coats of acrylic sealer, the film will build an even protective film and gloss that may repel water, oil, grease, and efflorescence. A quality acrylic sealant should be used as it will be easy to apply, non-yellowing and long-lasting.

Mexican Tile Renew Tile Tech Jessica Bloomfield Shows Off The Finishing Touches to Our Saltillo Tile Restoration Project in Boca Grande Fl. Mexican tile is not Marble, is not Ceramic tile and is not Porcelain tile. Mexican tile has no glazed finish, the only protection for the clay tile is an applied sealer and Mexican tile must be stripped, cleaned and sealed at least every 8 or 9 years, it is and always will be very labor intensive.

Mexican Tile Restorations GM Jessica Bloomfield on how to maintain and protect Saltillo tile floors.

Mexican Tile Restorations GM Jessica Bloomfield on how to maintain and protect Saltillo tile floors. Call 941-926-7444 and have Jessica give you an estimate to renew your Saltillo tile floors. For Mexican tile floor cleaning and sealing services in Sarasota, FL, without using vinegar, Mexican Tile Renew is a recommended option.

They specialize in Mexican tile restoration and offer services in the Sarasota area. They specifically advise against using vinegar or Fabuloso to clean Mexican tile as it can damage the finish and potentially pit the tile's surface, according to a blog from mexicantile.wordpress.com

Floor cleaning products that contain, acid, ether or alcohol are not recommended for Saltillo or Mexican Tile floors. The acids and/or alcohol in floor cleaning products like white vinegar and Fabulso will dissolve any sealer on Mexican tile floors and eventually pit the finish of the tile. Also while all that is going on any original color in your grout will become a dark gray over time.
MTR's GM Jessica Bloomfield seen above points to our website at https://www.mexicantilerenew.com/ While vinegar can not be used to clean Mexican tile, it's not recommended, especially Saltillo tiles, as it can damage the finish. For Saltillo tiles, it's best to use a mild detergent and water for regular cleaning. Avoid using Fabuloso or undiluted vinegar, as they will ruin the Saltillo tile's finish.

Mexican Tile Renew Tech Jessica Bloomfield Warns Never Use a Floor Cleaning Company That Will Steam Clean Your Mexican Tile Floor It Does Not Work!

Mexican Tile Renew Tech Jessica Bloomfield Warns Never Use a Floor Cleaning Company That Will Steam Clean Your Mexican Tile Floor It Does Not Work! If you have your Mexican tile floor steam cleaned the Mexican tile sealer will turn white and hazy, dull, and begin to peel, see photos above. A 'steam cleaning floor company in North Port Fl' ruined the floors of a couple in the process of moving into a house they recently purchased in Punta Gorda Fl, they also steam cleaned the paint right off the recently painted baseboards, see before and after photos.

If you are thinking about steam cleaning your Mexican tiles DO NOT DO IT. Hot steam water is the enemy for porous clay Mexican tiles with an applied finish, and steam cleaning your Mexican tile floor it will surely ruin the tile and the sealer. The 'steam cleaning floor company in North Port' who did the work at the home in North Port  had no idea how to clean Mexican tile floors, see before and after photos.

Never Use a Floor Cleaning Company That Will Steam Clean Your Mexican Tile Floor, It Does Not Work! The 'steam cleaning floor company in North Port' removed all the appliances in the Punta Gorda house and proceeded to steam clean the Mexican tile floor making a total mess out of the whole house, see before and after photos. Steam cleaning is generally not recommended for Mexican Saltillo tile in Florida due to the tile's porous nature and potential for damage. Excessive moisture from steam can loosen or damage the sealer, grout, or even the tile itself, especially in humid climates like Florida. Instead, focus on regular cleaning with mild detergents and water, avoiding heavy mopping or steam cleaning

When the "workers" for the 'steam cleaning floor company in North Port' got to a point where the Mexican tile floor just continued to get worse, they just left the home, leaving all the appliances in the garage or on the back lanai. Mexican Tile - Saltillo Tile needs to be stripped, cleaned & sealed. Never "Steam Clean" Mexican tile floors it will ruin the finish, see before and after photos.

Step #1 chemical strip of Mexican tile floor. If your Mexican tiles are not coming clean and you have tried everything including cleaning your Mexican tiles the right way then it may be time for refinishing and restoration. These tiles are super porous like sponges and they start to disintegrate rapidly especially if there is a lot of foot traffic such as in kitchens, bathrooms and hallways. Don’t be fooled by the cheaper price to use steam.

Step #2 floor machine scrubs floor. The only real way to fix Mexican tiles if they can’t be cleaned is to strip them using a chemical process and a floor scrubbing machine that agitates and picks up the liquefied old sealer, also a shop vac is used to remove the liquefied old sealer.
Step #3 cleaned and stripped Mexican tile floor is let dry and then sealed with several coats of a premium, durable, non yellowing sealer. Never Use a Floor Cleaning Company That Will Steam Clean Your Mexican Tile Floor, It Does Not Work!
