One year later in Oct 2025, Mexican Tile Renew Project of 2024 Hurricane Milton Damaged Historic Van Wezel House S Boulevard of the Presidents Lido Key Fl Tile Floor From the 1930's. Mexican Tile Renew is currently working on restoration of the Saltillo tile at the Van Wezel estate at 535 S. Blvd. of the Presidents, Sarasota FL that was damaged by the destruction and flooding from hurricane Milton on October 10th, 2024. Many of the damaged Saltillo tiles had to be re-stained to recreate their previous luxurious look. The former home of diamond-importer and famous Sarasotan Lewis Van Wezel glitters after an extensive renovation.
