PREPARATION: Surface preparation is the MOST important part of applying a clear sealer. All surfaces must be clean, dry, free of efflorescence, dirt, oil, wax, grease and defective paints or sealers. Sarasota, FL 3/15/2016: I called Mexican Tile Renew to take care of a pool deck area that leads to a kitchen and laundry area in a house that had not been cleaned and sealed in many years.
