MEXICAN TILE RENEW PROJECT IN SARASOTA WITH RUBBER PAD STUCK TO THE FLOOR AND DEEP SCRATCHES IN TILE.

MEXICAN TILE RENEW PROJECT IN SARASOTA FL WITH RUBBER PAD STUCK TO THE FLOOR AND DEEP SCRATCHES IN TILE. Under adverse conditions, after strong flooring strippers have been used, it may sometimes be necessary to sand old Mexican tiles that have Mex-Seal embedded in the tile and/or black/white dots from a rubber pad embedded in the tile, an oscillating hand held sander is used and does not mark the tile with any circles.

REVIEW: MEXICAN TILE RENEW..DO NOT USE RUBBER PADS UNDER AREA RUGS ON MEXICAN TILE.  Claudia...7 reviews
59 minutes ago Feb 27, 2020. Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value. I called Bill at Mexican Tile Restore to see if our Saltillo tiles could be saved. On the interior floors we had what looked like permanent damage from using rubber pads under our area rugs, and on our lanai the floors seemed beyond repair where our patio table and chairs had made horrible scratches in the tile. Bill gave me an estimate which I initially thought was a little high—however, when I returned from the grocery, the results were beyond my greatest expectations! The floors look brand new and I’m sure will add value to our house as we are getting ready to sell it. I highly recommend this company—you will be amazed at the results and it was worth every penny!!
